Jill Stuart Smith, MBA, BlossomHill Therapeutics’ Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Project Management, brings 30+ years of experience working at both biotech and large pharmaceutical companies. She has built and led multiple organizations and asset teams, bringing over a dozen oncology products to market. Jill spent nearly 20 years at Pfizer in roles of increasing responsibility and played a key role in Pfizer’s acquisitions of Sugen (via Pharmacia) and Medivation, resulting in the successful NDA submissions for sunitinib (SUTENT®) and enzalutamide (XTANDI®), respectively. Jill’s most recent position was Vice President of Clinical Operations and Program Management at Mirati Therapeutics, where she co-led the NDA team for adagrasib (KRAZATI®). Earlier in her career, Jill worked at Agouron Pharmaceuticals, leading the sNDA submission for nelfinavir (VIRACEPT®), and at Telios Pharmaceuticals. Jill received her BA in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from University of San Diego.
